Labor Day: September 1, 2008
This morning we went with mommy and daddy to the storage unit. With not having a basement here in Huntsville, we have a storage unit just for all of mommy's teaching supplies and holiday decor. For those of you that do not know, our parents love to decorate for the holiday's. The Christmas before we were born, they had five big Christmas trees. Each one of them had a different theme. So, they had to find a place to put all of the decorations when we moved. We can't wait to see what kind of Christmas tree we will get in our room.....
We helped mommy and daddy decorate today by taking a 2 hour nap this afternoon.
When they plugged in the village and the orange lights, we enjoyed looking at them!
Now, we just have to start working on what we will be for Halloween and where we will go to pick our first pumpkin!
Daddy set up the Fall Village in our sunroom. We have put a little road block in front of it so that Addie and Alex won't be able to get to it!
Hello Mr. Scarecrow, my name is Addelynn!
Hello Ms. Scarecrow, my name is Alexander!
I know, I know. Many of you have been asking for pictures of the house. Here is a picture taken in our great room. I miss having my old fireplace mantle to decorate! But, we found a way to make it work.
When you walk in our foyer, you are greeted by these fall friends!
Of course, daddy would not let me post this blog until he was able to take a night time shot of the Fall Village. What do you think?

So many things!!!
1-The fall decorations are BEAUTIFUL! It inspires me to start pulling ours out.
2-My family (and now us) do it big for Christmas too! My mom has like 8 trees up every year! Our house is tiny so we only had 2 big ones. This year Ansleigh will have a pink tree with pink, khaki, and brown ornaments to match her room.
3-I tried to find your email from your profile and it isn't there :o(
4-The blog thing was way easy once I figured out what I was doing. I can totally help you if you want. :o)
Haha...I forgot one other thing:
Ansleigh is going to be a lady bug this year. I think the twins should go as raggedy ann & andy! :o)
Maybe you could put a poll on your blog and we can all vote!
